Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If we go on to arrange finance for you, we will agree separate terms with you that say more about our service.
Who we are

What we do
We are a broker, not a lender. We introduce you to lenders and other finance providers who may be able to help. The decision to lend is made by the lender, on its own terms, after its own checks. Rates, fees and conditions are set by the lender and may differ from any examples on this site.
Information only, not advice
- The content of this website is general information about business and property finance. It is not advice or a personal recommendation, and you should not rely on it to make a decision.
- Any rates, amounts or timescales shown are examples. They can change, and all finance is subject to status, valuation, affordability and the lender’s criteria.
- We cannot promise that any application will be approved, or that you will be offered any particular rate or terms.
- Please take your own legal, tax and financial advice before you enter into any agreement.
An enquiry is not an agreement
Sending us an enquiry, using our chat or speaking to us does not create an agreement between us. An agreement exists only when we confirm the terms of our service with you.
How we are paid
We do not charge you a fee for our service. If we arrange finance for you, the lender (or another third party) may pay us commission or a fee. The amount can differ between lenders and products. It may be a fixed amount, a percentage of the amount you borrow, or based on other factors, and we may also receive other payments from lenders. We will tell you about any commission before you go ahead, and you can ask us about it at any time.
Lenders and other third parties, such as valuers and solicitors, may charge their own fees, which you will be responsible for. We will tell you about these before you go ahead, where we know of them.
Risk warning
Finance secured on property: your property may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
